tiLburg, here I come.

hmm...after my arrival here, I didn't get any chance to update my blog until now..so...lemme give you my story...and the first thing of all...my flight.

so...finally, the time has come. on 21st of august i went to the airport with my familie..

a bit sad, but rili don't wanna make them even sad more, coz actually this is my first time living far far away from home for quite a long period of time (well...my one month trip cannot be counted as a long stay rite? hehe).

me and other scholar awardees from Depkominfo gathered at the airport at 4 pm, we had to check in in groups (untuk menghindari excess baggage nih...hehe), n took a plane (which i think not a comfortable flight...huh..) with the route of Jakarta - KL for about 2 hours. after that, we changed our plane headed to schiphol, ams. well..at least this flight was better..(btw, they served nasi lemak during the flight...hehe...ada2 ajah...)

btw, in this flight (kL-ams) we gathered with stuned awardees that came with other plane from jakarta (yippiee...had friends to go to tilburg now!)

well...the flight from kL to ams took about 12 hours of time..n we arrived at schiphol at 7 a.m., 22nd of august.

from there, we separated into groups based on the destination city. I was headed to tilburg with my other friends (stef, ruth, robin, and mas manshur) by train. You know.....it's very hard for me to take that luggages of mine due to the size...hahaha...but anyway, thanks God that i have fellows that willing to help me..:)...thanks guys...

we stopped at tilburg central station, and there we found some blue jersey guys n gals from the uni who gathered there to pick us (not just for us, but for every international students, i meant..).

from the station they took us to the university using van, managed everything there, from the registration to the housing. after i got my room key, they took me to the house where i will be lived here (which located at antillenplein, 5046 DC). there i met new friends..good ones (..^_^..)...one came from china (dirk!), and one from thailand (kate!)

BUT.....haha...surprise surprise...i got a room in the attic!! gee....i never expected that my room would be located in the attic...:(

well, actually i have nothing wrong with the house...but..staying in the attic?? it's just not fit for me...

so...after negotiating with the housing agency and the university (with a bit of a lie..:p), finally i can manage to move to a room in an apartment which located not too far with the university, and the most important thing....it's a "normal" room..hehe..(btw, i have my own balcony...yeyy..!)

the apt is located at Tobias Asserlaan, 5042 Tilburg (yeah...in the same street with KBRI, but different city..hehe)

i really like the campus, even though it's not located in a big city (well...compare to rotterdam or ams..), but the campus is sooo nice..

surrounded by trees, it's just perfect place to study...:)

ok..now i have to prepare for the study...previous indonesian' students which taken the same program with me said that the grade here is a bit difficult...so, have to be prepared for this..and i really don't want average score for my grades, i want the "goooood" one...so that i won't dissapoint everyone...:)

Counting the days..

in a few days, i'm going to experience a new adventure in my life..a small city called tilburg is calling my name..:-P
btw, forgive me dear God..for complaining most of the time..for not realizing that you cannot take anything easily in life...ikhtiar...forget not to pray...n believe that everything is in the right track...jangan jg menjadi seorang yg kufur nikmat (naudzubilahiminjalik.....)..
Life, you never know where it will take you...you never know what are the things that wait in front of you..Allah SWT has His own way to give a bless for you..
Never thought that i'm going to have a chance to continue my study abroad (though i dream it a lot...:-)), but then God saw my dream n then make it cametrue..(Alhamdulillah...)
Insyaallah will had a chance to fast in other "world" again..n this time all the way until eid..hiikkss...
Hopefully in my future place i can update this blog daily..hehe..

Out of the topic, hav to tell you that there's something that has been bug my head lately...
oh phlueaasee man....masa di pemilihan putri indonesia kemaren kejadian salah ucap "hak cipta dipatenkan" itu keluar lagi seeehh....pengen tereak rasanya...so' iye banget lagi tu orang ngomongnya...sucks!
