this is my second day of vasting here...i hate to admit it, but ever since i do my vasting days, the "missing home feeling" had just been burst out of my head.
i know....this was just only for a week, but whenever I'm taking my early breakfast (sahur time), i can't help but remembering and imagining if i were back in home. i usually only wake up if the food is already been set up..but here...i have to prepare everything all by myself. not to mention, the ramadhan package that had been prepared by the chef was not good at all. i wonder did they ever think of other menus than "yakhh" fried chicken and deep fried fish??in addition, it all had been served cold.
and when i do my ifthar (berbuka puasa), i can't get my favorite drink, es kelapa muda..delicous food made by mum...huhu...
luckily i won't have my eid here...hearing for my friends not going back until the eid, i was feeling grateful. yummm.....lontong opor, rendang mautnya nyokap, seddappp deh pokonya..
aaaahhh..mauuu....
anyway...last weekend i went to the fireking restaurant (sorry, forgot to take any pic there). the location was nearby the yoyogi uehara station. in that restaurant, they served Bali noodles (which i only consider that as indomie rebus...plus meatballs...he...)..for someone who's missing indonesian food, it's quite refreshing for their tongue, since most of the day they eat "oriental" food. for me, i like the place. it's quite cozy...but you know...if the resto was located in jakarta, i doubt that people will go there. no....it's not because of the place (i'm sure people will love it also...it has a good services, and really a great place to hang out..), but it because of the lack of parking lot. you know how jakarta people being too lazy to walk...but back here, they just have to walk around the corner.
btw...for a bowl of indomie (or a plate of fried rice with fried egg on top of it), they charge us approximately 1000 yen (you don't have to count it with the rp...you'll feel a lil bit expensive if you count it like that...everything will look expensive if you exchange it into rp...).
well, compare to the jembatan merah restaurant (a balinese/indonesian restaurant that located near shinjuku sta.), i would say that this restaurant is much better..(rasanya ga nendang gitu kalo makan d jembatan merah...ga tau deh, ga cocok kali ya sama lidah gw....padahal makanan indonesia looh...)
shhhh.....i'm just about to start my vasting day, but already been talked about food all the time.
enough la..
